If your inquiry or request does not lead to the conclusion of a mandate agreement, we will delete your data, including attached files, asap. In the case of the conclusion of an agreement, we will strictly comply with all legal requirements regarding data protection, professional secrecy and statutory retention obligations.
Google Maps : In order to indicate our office address on online maps we use Google Maps. If you access a page with an online map, certain data will be transmitted to Google, but no personal data. You can block the transmission of this data to Google by using the relevant browser extensions.
Google Analytics : This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses “cookies”. The information gathered by the cookie is ususally transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there.
IP anonymization is activated on this Website. Therefore, the IP address of the users of Google is previously abridged / anonymized before transmitted to US. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transferred to a Google server in the US and abbreviated there. Your rights : You may request from us through email (firstname.lastname@example.org) at any time information on the fact of the data processing, on the categories of data, as well as of scope, purpose and legitimacy of the processing and the envisaged period the personal data will be stored. You may also request from us the deletion, restriction, rectification or completion of wrong, unnecessary, contested, erroneus or incomplete data. Excluded from deletion will be data we are obliged to retain due to contractual and lawful retention obligations. After expiration of all contractual and lawful retention duties, all data and files will be destroyed.
